Review: Bhave Super Nova Leave-In Elixir and Multi-Function Spray

If you haven't heard of Bhave's latest addition, Super Nova, don't fret, because I'm here to talk to you about it today! Super Nova is a leave in elixir, and what this is, is a multi-function spray. You guys know that I'm a sucker for products that a lazy girl (ie me) could fit into her life with minimal disruption while getting maximum impact. Super Nova, ladies and gentleman, is exactly one of those products!

This is meant to hydrate hair that needs that boost, and help thicken, smooth and protect your tresses while it detangles and strengthens. It does so by incorporating the following ingredients:
- Vegetable protein, apple extract and fennel for slowing down split ends
- Aloe vera and citrus lemon fruit extract to decrease frizz by softening the smoothing the hair
- Sunflower seed oil to nourish and restore damaged hair
- Grape seed extract to protect the colour from UV rays
- Rosemary leaf extract to strengthen brittle hair
- Apple and rosemary seed extracts to help promote hair growth
- Citrus aurantium dulcis fruit extract and fennel for thickening and strengthening hair
- Fennel, calendula extract and rosemary and apple extracts to soothe and balance the scalp
- Chamomile extract, sunflower oil and calendula extract for shine

With all 11 ingredients combined, this vegan product is appropriate for leaving the hair soft and manageable. What I like about this particular spray is that it that it's easy to use, and that it also gives my hair a fair bit of body and shine. I will say that I don't find it to be as soft as when I use the Bhave Riot Control Oil, but the glossiness and bounce of my hair absolutely make up for it!

This retails for $41.95 and it will get you 120 ml of product in a beautiful silver spray bottle. For more information on this lovely bottle of gorgeousness, head over to their website!

This is definitely a Bhave addition that I'm loving - what's your favourite Bhave hair care product?

  1. Ooh this sounds pretty good! I haven't really got a fave bhave hair product (they're all great for the most part), but the riot control oil does come in handy when my hair needs a bit more nourishment.

  4. I'm loving this product too but my favourite bhave products are the Rescue shampoo and conditioner. They have made a huge difference to my colour treated hair!

  5. Love a product that does good things to my hair as well as show me some visible benefits. I can't seem to find a bhave stockist where I'm currently located, but I'm planning on moving back to where I was 5 years ago and I already KNOW where I can get my hands on some of these goodies - woo hoo!
