Review: Heritage Store Rosewater

A good toner is an essential part of your akincare routine, and I hope that you have one in your daily rotation of products! What you might not have, though, that would also be a great addition, is a facial spray that can both soften and moisturise your skin, while also serving a dual purpose of being a body spray. As someone who is currently suffering from dry skin, thanks to the weather (I mean, first, it's rainy and damp all the time, and now it's cold, and the wind is so drying), this makes for a refreshing addition to my skincare collection.

The Heritage Store Rosewater Toner has a short ingredient list, but these are just gorgeous. Damask Rose is the star of the show, and this is what;'s responsible for soothing and softening the skin, while their patented Vor-Mag™ Water is vortexed and magnetized to resemble how water flows in nature. This is achieved through physically swirling it with a vortex tool in order to, according to them,'raise energy to a higher vibration while enhancing the benefits of aromatherapy'.

I mean, that sounds fancy, but how does that truly translate to real life? This comes in a pink coloured plastic bottle, and it has a very fine mist that covers the face sufficiently with four sprays. I find that this works well as a pick me up for the skin throughout the day, and during the hot months, I thoroughly enjoyed spritzing this on my face to cool down a little bit. I have also used this as a bit of an air freshener when the occasion called for it - totally handy to have around!

This is cruelty free, vegan and doesn't contain any dyes or alcohol, which is good news for the babes who may be sensitive to them. Since purchasing this, they have changed the packaging, so don't get confused, as all the bottles look similar - just make sure that you double check which product you're purchasing, or you may not get what you're expecting! You can find this at various online retailers, including iHerb and Cult Beauty.
