Review: No 7 Radiance+ Daily Energising Exfoliating Cleanser

 

Summer is gorgeous, and wearing less for me also means wearing less makeup, and honestly, going natural, or with the bare minimum, is so much easier these days, and when your skin is good, you really don't need much to look cute. I know, I did a humble brag there, I'm sorry - I couldn't help myself! But seriously, though, when the weather is this gorgeous and hot, the only thing better than wearing less, is taking it all off at the end of the day.

 

For anyone who may be unfamiliar with No 7, what on earth are you waiting for? If you're keen on previous reviews about the brand, you can find them over here, here, here and here - I think it's safe to say that I'm a fan of the brand, and having tried a number of different products across the brand, I don't think I could pick just one collection to love, and here to add even more variety to the mix is the Radiance+ range, which is perfect for Summer! I recently purchased the No 7 Radiance+ Daily Energising Exfoliating Cleanser, and it's been just the thing to kick start the Summer season with!

 

This cleanser boasts the ability to help the skin look brighter, and it does so by being a Vitamin C rich scrub with apricot seed in the gel matrix. This comes in an orange tube with a flip lid, and it's easy to squeeze a dollop of this into the palm of my hand. It has a gel texture, and each time I've used this, I've been able to see quite a lot of apricot seeds per 'serve' of cleanser.

 

For a scrub, this lathers up really nicely, and even though there are physical beads of seed in the cleanser to work as a physical exfoliant, I don't find it to be rough or unpleasant on my skin. I like using this around the skin of my nose, which has been needing a bit of extra help recently, given that the weather has been absolutely sweltering, and my pores have felt more clogged than ever. It's a nice relief for the skin at the end of the day. and even though it's quite a simple product, it's effective on me. 

Using this leaves my skin feeling refreshed, and a little perkier, which I love. It also helps my skin feel smoother, and I like that it isn't harsh on my face. It retails for $23 for 100ml of product at Priceline, making it very accessible, and No 7 often goes on sale, so if you're looking to try a tube of this for yourself (or maybe seeking a stocking stuffer solution?), then this may be worth investing in!
