Review: Ere Perez Quandong Green Booster Serum

Ere Perez is one of those brands where the more products I try, the more I become enchanted by the brand. Simply put, Ere Perez does great products, and they all seem to agree with my skin! The Quandong Green Booster Serum, which is currently available easily from Mecca, is the latest to join the ranks, and this is a truly wonderful product that deserves a lot of love, and discussion, from me on the blog today!

Like the rest of the range, this comes in a creamy yellow cardboard box with simple black writing on it. Inside, you'd find a frosted glass bottle with a fantastic dropper applicator built into the cap, which makes getting the product out a breeze - I really like that this actually does get a good amount of serum out. The product itself is a smoothie green, and has about the same consistency, but it thins out really quickly, and absorption takes place within seconds.

My comparison to it being like a green smoothie isn't far from the truth, when you think about what's actually gone into making it. This is chock full of antioxidant goodness - a blend of superfood ingredients to help support the skin, this uses quandong as it's hero ingredient. Quandong is brimming with vitamin C, and this is what helps blitz dull skin while brightening the complexion. The addition of hyaluronic acid helps to keep the skin hydrated, while lactic acid promotes skin renewal and collagen production.

It may sound like they pack enough of a punch, but there's still more! This aims to nourish the skin with the inclusion of chlorophyll, spinach leaf, vitamin E, alfalfa and raspberry seed, which are full of vitamin A and enzymes. My skin loves this serum! After finishing over half a bottle of it, I can say that this does seem to help keep it smooth, looking brighter and more luminous, and feeling more supple. While I initially expected it to have an herbal-ly scent to it, given the colour, I was surprised to find that it didn't have much of a fragrance at all.

Suitable for babes looking to keep skin irritation at bay, this is also supposed to help balance oily or acne-prone skin, while also helping you achieve supple skin. Vegan and cruelty free, this serum retails for $50. As mentioned above, this can be found at Mecca, and also at their online store. Is this serum something you'd be keen on?
