Review: Patrick Ta Major Glow Body Oil

How soon is too soon to say that you think you may have found the love of your life when it comes to body oils? I do realise that I am the sort of person who keeps moving the goalpost when I talk about skincare and makeup, constantly searching for that next holy grail, but wow, the Patrick Ta Majoy Glow Body Oil is seriously one of the best body oils I've ever had the chance to use!

If you're looking to splash out on a little something wonderful to enhance your skin, or simply to make yourself feel special, or have some soothing self care moments, then this would be perfect for you! This is a luxurious body oil that smells spectacular. Every time I spray this on, I can catch notes of jasmine, and something that is almost like a creamy vanilla fragrance, which is probably the combination of ambergris and saffron mixed together.

This comes in a glass bottle with a spray nozzle that allows the oil to be dispersed over the skin nicely. Suspended in the oil is a sea of shimmering, glimmering sparkles that is gorgeous both in and out of the bottle. This oil is also infused with stabilised vitamin C to help brighten the skin, which the glitter would also help with. To aid in hydrating and nourishing the skin, this also contains olive oil and squalene, resulting in skin with a healthy glow.

To properly cover my skin, I find about 10 sprays to work sufficiently well per leg, and approximately 20 sprays to go over my torso and arms. This really does start off a bit oil initially, before drying down so that it's really comfortable on the skin, and it doesn't feel like it would rub off your skin and onto your clothes. This also causes my skin to shimmer a little throughout the day, as the light catches little glints of glitter on it.

This comes in three different colours, A Dream, which is a  light champagne colour; A Vision, a warm rose hue ; A Moment, which is great for babes wanting some bronze coverage. It retails for $80 for 100ml of product, and you can purchase it at Sephora here in Australia. Are you more into dry oils or the really oily type?
