Review: Disciple Downtime Sleepy Mist

Happy Recovery Day! Whether you're recovering from an acute case of overindulgence and dehydration (read: you had one too many last night and you're now totally hungover and trying to get a grip on your life and simultaneously trying to remember what happened while you were out while also attempting to erase it all from your memory), or you're simply trying to get over what happened this week at work and life in general - welcome.

There is no better time to talk about the Disciple Downtime Sleepy Mist than now, when we're on the topic of relaxation and recovery! This is touted to be just the thing to help you wind down from a big stressful day, and why wouldn't it? Steeped in lavender, which is just the thing to help you relax and ease anxiety, this also has aloe extract to help give you a moisture boost. The inclusion of oat silk helps in brightening the skin as well, making it a case of skincare and aromatherapy.

This comes in a beautiful emerald green glass bottle, and it has a pump that  allows the product to come out as a very fine mist, which means that it covers the skin beautifully and very lightly. I love that this has quite a strong fragrance to it, without being cloying or overpowering, which means that it's the last thing that wafts across me as I'm drifting off into sleepy town.

While I'm not sure that this has really done anything for my skin, I do love that this is cruelty free and vegan, which means that anyone can use it! For 50ml, you can expect to fork over about $30. Disciple is currently available at a number of different online retailers, including Adore Beauty, as well as Cult Beauty. It's been a thoroughly enjoyable spray to use for that end of day feel. Do you like using a night time spray?
