Review: L'Oreal Unlimited Lash Lift Mascara

As I'm writing this review, I can't help but wonder if L'Oreal might have found a new angle when it comes to their latest mascara release.

By that, I mean that L'Oreal has produced something that may be a game changer, all thanks to the way you can alter the angle of the wand, so that it can be directed onto harder to reach lashes. At Temporary Princess, we (and by we, I mean my guinea pig friends and myself) love innovative things, and this is certainly one of the newbies that I've been quite excited about.

At first glance, this looks just like a fat tube of mascara that is bulb shaped, and sits upright nicely. You'll then notice that there's something that could pass as a seal, but whatever you do, don't chuck it away, because it's all part of the design!

When you first get the wand out of the case, you'll see that the wand is straight. All it takes is for you to flick off the little crescent moon plastic bit - I believe it's also called a cap - then shove it back on and voila! It holds it's position! Isn't that clever? This means that you can reach the little angles that are tricky, and also helps you get to the lashes on your non-dominant side a bit better - it does for me, anyway!

I won't claim that the mascara helps curl my lashes, because it would take a lot to make that happen, but I would say it does darken my already dark lashes, which makes them look voluminous. On top of that, it doesn't smudge, so, I'd consider that a winner!

Available at Priceline, this is definitely one I'd recommend checking out! What's your go to L'Oreal mascara?
