Review: Jung Saem Mool Essential Mool Micro Fitting Mist
I've just had the few days off, and it's been very eventful! Having a date with the other half on Friday, when we were both off, and taking in a movie, to hanging out with friends on Saturday night - I mean, I was actually out late at night! It was nice actually having a moment to curl up like a cat on the couch on Sunday, and I even managed to have a nap! That's honestly one of my favourite things about being an adult - a midday nap for a quick recharge when your batteries are running a little low. In the Winter, the other thing that I find could use a bit of a boost is my skin!
The one thing that I've always struggled with is how I could help my skin without disturbing my makeup or adding another layer of skincare that could potentially react with other products, and the easiest way to do so is to use a facial mist. My current favourite is a brand that I just learned about, and it's the Jung Saem Mool Essential Mool Micro Fitting Mist! I was recently sent a few products from the brand, and it's been such a delight to dabble in something new! In fact, I'm so psyched about the brand that you guys should prepare yourselves for what's to come - a flood of reviews about those goodies! But first, let's talk about my new favourite facial mist!
So, what is this facial mist, and exactly why should you be obsessed with it? This is a setting spray that helps the makeup stay in place, and it also helps in keeping the skin looking bright and luminous. The primary ingredient in this is onsen-sui, which is a nice to say mineral-rich spring water, and this is designed to help moisturise the skin, helping to keep it soft and improve the skin texture by keeping it smooth. This comes in two sizes, 55ml and 120ml, and the smaller size is a great one for travelling with!
The bottle has a pull off cap that is very secure, and the pump sprays out a very fine mist with a good range, and the packaging is translucent, which means that you can see how much you have left easily, without it looking like a cheap bottle. The formula also has Spanish moss extract in it, which is meant to adhere to skin and aid in moisture retention. There's also ferment pearl and chamomile extracts to help strengthen the skin barrier, while also soothing it, making this product suitable for babes with sensitive skin.
To use this, shake it up before spraying it liberally all over the face, and just let it work it's magic. I feel like this has been a great top up for during the day, and that it does do a decent job as a fixing spray, although I have noticed some of my makeup sliding around a little bit. I prefer to use this to keep my skin happy throughout the day, as a way to help my skin stay moisturised, and I do feel like it helps my skin look dewy and bright. For my first foray into the brand, this is excellent, and Jung Saem Mool is now officially on my radar!
