Self Care with TVSN ft The Beauty Chef, Retreatment Botanics and BAMbeautiful

January is a time of reflection, and for some of us, a good month to start taking better care of ourselves after all the indulgences of the party season! After all, there's nothing like working hard on yourself until you can let your hair down again at the end of the year, am I right?

All jokes aside, because I don't expect a single one of you to wait until the end of the year to have fun, let's be serious here, I do think that this is an ideal time of year to take care of yourself after all that partying in 2019.

This is supposed to leave you with radiant skin and a gorgeous glow, which, given the ingredients (ie kakadu plum, kale), is exactly what I'd expect from this mask! I've tried some samples of their oil and serum before, and loved them, so I'm pretty excited to give this one a go! This retails for $64.95.

If you haven't heard of The Beauty Chef by now, then, well, where have you been? Created by Carla Oates, the Glow Inner Beauty Essential is a bio-fermented superfood beauty blend, which is jam packed with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and probiotics, all coming together to improve gut health and add light to your skin from the inside out. $64.95 will get you a 150g jar.

BAMbeautiful is another new brand that's on TVSN in 2020! A bamboo based hair product range, this collection looks and smells really pretty! I'm a fan of bamboo based hair care goodies, as I find that they can really thicken my hair and give it life, so I'm excited to add these to my rotation of products to try! These retail for $29.95 each.

And for something else just a little fun, and interesting, TVSN also has some gorgeous jewellery pieces, so remember to have a look at those for when you're rewarding yourself for all your hard work this year, whether it's for hitting goals, or as motivation.
