New Release: Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 25

Bobbi Brown has some of my favourite base products, and when they take a pre-existing product and improve on it before sending it back out into the world, I'm all for trying it out! Say hello to the revamped Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 25!

This beautifully lightweight goodness is is now in a sturdy pump bottle, which means it's easier to get the product out with less fuss! The packaging is a glossy black with gold accents, and I love the overall luxe feel of the very hefty bottle.

This is a bi-phase serum foundation that requires some shaking prior to application. It keeps the original formula that contains a blend of extracts from lychee and green apple, and it also has an Active Skin Energizing Complex, with Cordyceps and Artemia, which helps give your skin that bright luminous finish. With the addition of SPF, there is the bonus of protecting it against damage caused by UV rays.

The foundation is relatively light, silky smooth, and blends out beautifully, looking like a second skin. I find the coverage to be between light and medium, which is perfect for Summer.
