Review: Growth Bomb Supercharge Shampoo and Conditioner

Happy Thursday! I hope y'all have been doing a great job of whatever you've been busy with this week, because while it's been hectic on my end, it's certainly been quite a satisfying time at work as well, which is great! However, as a result of my day job, I have been washing my hair more often - don't ask - and it hasn't been a hardship, considering that I've been using the Growth Bomb Supercharge Shampoo and Conditioner!

 

I was curious about trying this duo out, as I was given the chance to try a different version of these previously, and I quite liked them. These have quite a few claims, including:

• Targets scalp health
• Promotes growth
• Protects against breakage
• Ultimate cleanse
• Tackles hair fall
• Charged with antioxidants
  

 

 

These come in white bottles with yellow accents, and black and pink lettering on them. I find the shampoo to have quite a coconutty scent, and it lathers up relatively well. I feel like this has made my scalp happier, particularly as it has gotten quite dry over the last month. I like that this has helped with giving my hair a little bit of volume, which is nice, as it can be quite flat. Unfortunately, I don't think this has made much impact on the fall out, but in all honesty, that's not an issue for me, as I have plenty of hair! I do think that this has helped in keeping my scalp, and in turn, my hair, a little healthier.

 

 

The conditioner has all the claims that the shampoo has, and on top of that, it's also supposed to help smooth and soften the hair. Much like it's shampoo counterpart, this also has a coconut heavy scent, and together with the shampoo, it's helped with having keeping my scalp happy, in that it hasn't been itchy since I started using these. It has also helped with giving my hair a bit of a boost in the volume department, and this has also been keeping my hair relatively soft and hydrated.

 

 

 

For a drugstore duo, these have served me quite well, and they retail for about $25 per bottle, with each bottle containing 300 ml of product. Given that they have a medium consistency, I like that the company picked bottleds with push lids that lever up, so that a decent amount can come out each time. These are available at various retailers, including Woolworths. These are inexpensive and and overall, lovely, and I have enjoyed using them. Have you tried anything from Growth Bomb?
