Brand Focus: Ere Perez

You know when you start using a brand, and then you get to meet the person behind it, which then makes you fall further in love with the brand? That's exactly what happened recently when I wasn't just introduced to Ere Perez. but actually had the chance to attend a Zoom event to meet the beauty and brains behind the beauty.

Named after Ere Perez herself, the Mexican born beauty was surrounded by home remedies and traditional medicine growing up. Given her background, she's passionate about natural healing and beauty, and these contributed to the development of her own beauty line, the headquarters of which is nestled in Bondi Beach right here in Sydney! Their philosophy is simple - fuss free, affordable luxury centered around healthy radiant skin, and they also encourage connecting to the world around you, which is really important. After all, we have to take care of our world, because it's the legacy that we will be leaving behind.

Anyway, philosophical moment aside, I do really love what I've tried from Ere Perez so far, and I'm going to walk you through some of the highlights! My absolute favourite so far has to be the Moringa All-Beauty Creme, because who doesn't love a multi-tasker? This stuff is seriously fantastic -  thick when it first comes out, then it thins out beautifully, and moisturising to boot, not to mention that this gets absorbed quickly and thoroughly, you can use this to hydrate any area in need of a little bit of extra TLC.

It's pumped full of vitamin A and E, as well as amino acids and apricot kernel oil, as well as antioxidants from lemon balm. Honestly, if we were able to get on a plane right now, I would so be adding this to my travel kit! Coming in at $40 for 50g, this is a very helpful size to cart around - small enough to not be obnoxious, while big enough that you don't have to worry about running out!

I also love their Oat Milk Foundation, which comes in a 30g tube, This is a sheer coverage base product that bends out beautifully, adding a bit of a lift to the skin, which is perfect for the warmer, foundation-light days. Due to the nature of it's coverage, I feel like the 8 shades could extend over a few different skin tones, rather than just being contained to those 8 colours on the spectrum. A product like this is also very helpful for someone like me, who can change shades over time, depending on my amount of sun exposure. This retails for $46.

Aside from those two products, I have also been gifted their Natural Almond Mascara, as well as their Cheek and Lip Tint, both of which look gorgeous, with their minimalistic packaging. The Cheek and Lip Tint, in particular, looks amazing! For more information on Ere Perez, you can head to their website

This is proof that something good can come out of 2020, and that's my discovery of a brand that I now adore! Have you tried Ere Perez yet? What are your thoughts on the brand?
