Review: Ardell Naked Lashes

Listen, I don't know about you, but given the current landscape of what's going on outside in the world with COVID-19, I'm just trying my hardest to stay sane and positive. Sure, lots of events and social activities have been called off, and glamming up to go out and about is currently off the table (unless you're doing it to take your bins out), but that doesn't mean you can't still dress up in the comfort of your home! If you're looking for a bit of extra lift to your makeup game, but don't want to look like you've got your full-fledged glam on, particularly in a time where Zoom meetings are considered the norm, then these would be the right lashes for you!

Released late last year, I was recently introduced to these beauties, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these!

Ardell designed the Naked Lashes to give a bit of a boost to your own lashes, so that they could blend in seamlessly with what your mama gave you. These have an invisible band, so that they can fit along your lash line nicely with very little effort, and add volume and a bit of length to help open your eyes in a subtle and pretty manner.

Of all five of them, 424 is my favourite style - there's a bit of a fluttery, staggered lift to it, making it looking more realistic, and has the textured richness of Wispies with a hint of a curl. These are definitely an everyday pretty sort of lash kit. and they can also carry well into the evening. It's amazing how just having your lashes on will help you look heaps more awake on your next Zoom meeting - pare down on the eye makeup, and pop those peepers! If you give it a go, leave me a message below to let me know!

What's your absolute favourite Ardell lashes? Have you tried the Naked ones yet?
