Review: Bondi Sands Everyday Gradual Tanning Milk *

Bondi Sands is a brand that's come up hard and fast in the last couple of years, and as a first time user of their products, their Everyday Gradual Tanning Milk has been a great way to be introduced to the brand!

Using this is incredibly simple - just use this in place of your daily moisturiser and watch that tan of yours grow! Remember to allow some time for it to dry down (at least touch dry) before putting your clothes on.

Before I show you how it's worked in the course of a week on me with daily use and little sun exposure, let's talk specifics. This gradual tanning milk comes in a clear blue pump bottle and it's consistency is relatively thin, which means it spreads really easily and it doesn't take long for this to get absorbed. What I didn't expect was for it to smell like cocoa butter! Finally, a tanning product that doesn't smell like coconuts! Don't take me wrong - I do like some coconut stuff, but about 90% of the time, I'm not that keen.

Here's what my legs looked like pre-tanning:

Here's what a week's worth of 'tanning' looks like:

I've really enjoyed my trial of this moisturiser for a variety of different reasons, not least of which being the lack of streaking. The tan is even, smooth and quite natural looking, which are all the things fake tan should aim for!

This is great for people who are afraid of fake tan or new to it, or for those who would just like a hint of colour before heading out to the beach. Plus, who doesn't love the smell of cocoa butter? That's just an awesome bonus!
