Bloggers United Sydney Haul!

A few weeks ago, I was one of the lucky dolls who managed to get a ticket to the fantastic Bloggers United event, which enabled me to catch up with some of my favourite blogger girls, including Beauty Reign and Lily Not Louise, as well as briefly see the gorgeous Fun and Fabulous Life, My Beauty Bucket List, Silver Screen Beauty Queen, Dee K and Lab Muffin. Not only that, I also got to meet, in the flesh, Sweetaholic Beauty (!!!!!!!) and This Damsel Loves. Sadly, because there was so much to do the whole time, I didn't get the chance to speak to everyone I wanted to say hi to, but here's hoping I get the chance to do so next time!

As an overview, the event ran like so:
1) Got there and mingled
2) Listened to the brand representatives
3) Mingled and ate
4) Listened to more brand representatives
5) Brief mingling before home

It was really well organised and ran smoothly - I had such a great time! Sadly, as I left my camera on the bed (WHY?), I couldn't get good pictures of the day, so to make up for it, here's a blog post about the goodies we got instead!

Drooling yet? I know I was, just a little bit, as I unpacked everything. Some of the other gorgeous bloggers also took some Ovihydration bottles/boxes home with them, as they delivered too many boxes to the event!

Innoxa Cover & Correct Cream Concealer Face Palette - Ooooooooh! That was what I said when I opened the bag and found this little gem inside! How cute is it? I can't wait to try this out!

Dove Aqua Moisture Nourishing Body Wash - Love Dove! I haven't used a body wash from them for a while, so this is going to be great to have in the shower!

Boots Radiance Renew Foaming Wash Mousse - I do like moussey face washes, and I like the look of the pump, which is nice and sturdy.

Elucent Whitening range - As you might know, I have been using the eye cream from this range, and liking it, so I'm excited about trying out the night cream and hand cream, and let's face it, everything else pictured!

Weleda Skin Food - I have used one of these previously and liked it, so this will be good to have, particularly with me going away at the end of the year!

Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Hand Cream - I currently have five hand creams on rotation at the moment, so you might be able to tell how much I like hand creams!

Natura Siberica Nourishing Cream Soap - I've been loving the Natura Siberica range (stay tuned!), so this would be a great addition to the shower caddy when I've freed up some space!

Natura Siberica Bath Salts - I don't buy bath salts as much as I should, but this will be handy for those post pole days when everything is aching and painful.

Maybelline Color Molten Eye Shadow in Nude Rush, Colour Show Nail Polish in Sugar Crystals and Lipstick in Hibiscus Pop - These turned up in a lovely rose gold clutch with a handwritten note, which was a lovely touch. Considering that this has been a big year for Maybelline for me (really loved their mascara and eyeliner), they're a great addition to the bag! Don't mind the little ginge paw in this picture, he just really wanted my lippie!

Elements Night Recovery Cream, Aromatherapy Revitalising Tonic and Eye Lift Hydrogel - This brand is totally new to me, and you know how much I like new! Looking forward to trying out this trio.

NYX Color Mascara in Forget Me Not, Coral Reef, Pink Perfect, Perfect Pear and Mint Julep and Butter Gloss in Cherry Cheesecake - I do love colour mascaras, but I haven't had any pastel ones previously. Let's hope they show up on my dark lashes!

I voted for the butter glosses on Beautyheaven (yay!) and I'm always happy to see a new shade in my collection, although I don't know how to wear such an orange hue!

Matrix Heat Buffer - My current heat styling product is nearing it's end, so I might be replacing it with this.

L'Oreal Wild Stylers Scruff Me - I'm not certain, but I think this is a similar type of product. Considering that my hair rarely stays in the same state after heat has been removed, I could probably use all the help I could get!

Blinc Mascara - I do like this mascara, so this travel size goodie will certainly get used.

Faby Nail Lacquer in Soft Pink - Faby! I don't know when it started, but Faby has slowly been eclipsing a number of my favourite nail brands this year, so seeing Faby in here, in a shade unknown to me, made me very happy!

Williams Pro Zero Powder and brush - I haven't had the chance to try this out yet, but I've already heard lots of good things about it's blurring abilities from other bloggers! That and this lovely brush are both products I'm making space for on my dresser.

Jura coffee beans - Jura had a stand at the event, and the coffee was tasty! They gifted us with a bag of beans, and I turned it over to my husband, who happens to be in charge of the coffee machine, so I'll be able to have a fresh cup of joe anytime now!

Jed's Coffee Co bean bags - For the ultimate lazy girl looking to make a pot of coffee, this sounds like it's right up my alley!

Laque UV/LED Gel Polish Remover Wipes - I do have a Fuse nail polish kit, and this might be just what I need to help take the layers off!

Eye of Horus Copper Sphynx Liquid Metals - This is one gorgeous eyeliner, but I've come to expect no less than that from EOH. This isn't one I've tried before, so it'll be great to have this in rotation!

Furless Nail Polish in Bright Red - I love, love, love their brushes, so let's hope this nail polish is as magnificent as the brushes are!

Essence of Jasmine Cranberry Pomegranate Loofah Soap - This brand is totally new to me, and I've had a look on their website and been excited by all of their bath and body treats! Given that I love a good body scrub, I'm looking forward to having this in the shower.

Valencia Coconut Lime Sorbet Candle - This is little, but smells so good! And you know I'm not a coconut person, This is currently sitting on a table, waiting to be burned.

Rimmel Super Curler Mascara - I'm in the midst of trying this little love out and will have a review up quick smart. So far, so good!

Rimmel Nude Lipsticks in 40, 42, 43 and 48 - I've actually been using these, so it's nice to see these babies again, given how great their shades are, but I may pass them onto someone else who can then try them out!

Sea Siren pack - I haven't tried any of their products previously, but I did visit their stand at the Cruelty Free Festival a couple of weekends ago, and I bought a base coat from them, so I may look at doing a Sea Siren post in the future.

Slim Secrets Protein Pud in Strawberry Indulgence - I've already tried this, and I have to sy, as much as I love the word pudding, puddings themselves aren't really for me.

Sofi Spritz (citrus, bitters and soda over a Riesling base) - I'm waiting for a fright night/girly night in before popping the top off this one!

Kryolan Tinted Moisturiser - I've heard loads about Kryolan, but haven't had the chance to try them yet, so this is pretty awesome!

Kryolan Matte Lipstick sample - Another Kryolan sample I'm looking forward to using!

Plunkett's Vita E Vitamin E Ointment - I'm not entirely certain where this cream is meant to go, but given that I moisturise everywhere, I'm sure I can find the right spot for this.

Philosophy Purity Cleanser - I have used this before and been a bit unimpressed by it. I'll give it another go and see if this could change my mind.

Natural Secrets Goat's Milk Hand Cream - I love hand creams! Given that I have five on the go at the moment, I'm waiting to finish at least a couple of them before I open this one.

Waxaway sample pack - I don't know how much use I'll be getting out of this, so I might have to pass this on to someone else.

One Self Organics perfume - The packaging is so cute, I don't want to take it out! I'm going to have to do that soon, though, so that I can actually sniff it!

KFIT Pass - This is an interesting concept! I won't give too much away, except that this is  great idea for those look to get fit. For more information, head to their site here.

Enbacci sample pack - This has a number of interesting products, including their mask and spray. I really enjoyed using the spray, and I'm waiting for the next trip away to pack in a few of their goodies!

RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil and Cream Cleanser - This combo! I actually have both of them on the go in the bathroom right now, so it's great to have a back up for both.

I think I'm running out of steam right now, and that's good, because we've come to the end of this post! I had such a great time at the event and the goodie bag was the icing atop a very large and tasty metaphorical cake.

To those I haven't had a chance to connect with in person, you just wait! And thank you so much to Bloggers United for having me there that day - it was amazing!

Have you been to a blogger organised event before? Would you go to one?
