My Night Time Skincare Routine
I figured that since you got a peek at my morning routine, it was only fair for the night time routine to make an appearance as well!
1) Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum - I'm really enjoying this sadly pricey serum, which is working well on my skin. This has a mild citrus scent, and it gets absorbed quite well.
2) Dr Lewinn's Essentials Bio-Care Oil - I've been using this just over the serum in order to add a little more zing to my skin, which gets a little dull and dry over the Winter.
3) Rosehip by Essano Moisture Restorative Night Creme - This night cream tightens the skin after application, which means that while it hydrates, it doesn't make the face feel particularly soft and relaxed, but the skin looks brilliant!
4) Ole Henriksen Fresh Start Eye Cream - As seen in the morning routine, this is my current go to for the ole peepers! It's a bit of a bottomless pit, because you don't need much, and the container is pretty big.

And that is everything this Winter! I'll be switching things up a little when Summer rolls around - until then, moisture is everything!
What are you wearing on your face at night?
What's the texture like for Ole Henri's eye cream? I've been using the elucent range, as well as random samples here and there!
ReplyDeleteIt's relatively thin, yet rich, which is what I like about it.
DeleteCommenting on the night cream here =P I don't think it has the same effect on my skin.... or at least nothing that I've noticed. I feel it's hydrating enough without being too heavy.

Interesting... I think that's what we need to keep in mind for blogging - products work differently on different people!
Deletethe Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair i hear is so awesome, but that price tag isn't so awesome ahhaah! Love the products you have here for you night time routine, I love to read about this types of posts to see what kind of products people use!

Me too! Almost as addictive as empties!
DeleteOhhh love this. I just wrote a similar piece for my blog yesterday (but a tad different so I'm totes not copying you haha) it's such fun writing about your routine and hearing about other peoples! I like the sound of the Rosehip cream. While it might not feel amazing, if it looks amazing, I'm down haha :P xx

Haha! Can't wait to have a peek at what you're using!
DeleteThe rosehip night cream looks interesting! I also use Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum and find that it makes my skin look pretty awesome the following day.

Love that stuff! And thanks for dropping by!
DeleteI've only tried the EL Advanced Night Repair out of that lot, but the Fresh Start eye cream sounds interesting. I'm still using all my La Prairie skincare samples (brilliant but extremely expensive - I don't want my samples to end!) x
ReplyDeleteI hate the feeling when things are running low!
DeleteTwo of my fave items on this page, the EL ANR and Ole eye cream. The eye cream is awesome value and EL never lets me down.
ReplyDeleteLove hearing about other peoples' routines!
