Hands up who does a base coat, colour, then top coat? Aside from the Revlon Gel Envy range, I will say that I have done all three steps each and every time I painted my nails for the last few years. If you're not certain what kind of base coat to get, never fear - Ulta3 is here!
Retailing for $2.30 a pop, this economical bottle has won Best In Beauty awards for the last couple of years, and it's no surprise! I was sent this bottle of Ulta3 nail polish in Natural, and it went on smoothly, dried quickly, and was easy to use as a base coat. Alternatively, having a reasonable shine, I used this as a stand alone nail varnish just to have a bit of something, and it worked well.
I will also say that this particular nail polish shade, Red Velvet, which I got ages ago, is one of my favourite reds in my whole collection, not to mention great for Winter!
My biggest problem is actually getting hold of Ulta3 products - I wish there were more stands around!
Have you tried any Ulta3 nail polishes before?
