Review Bobbi Brown Luxe Shine Intense Lipsticks

I think the year of 2019 is the year of Bobbi Brown lippies! I've been crushing really hard on their lip releases, and the luxe shine intense lipsticks are just the latest to join their ranks, so sit down, get comfy and get excited!

This range promises to deliver shine-amplified colour and a sculpted plumped-up look. These comes in a shiny, gold case, which is broken up by a black band in the middle, and absolutely screams luxe, living up to it's name before you've even broken into the packaging.

Retailing for $56 each, this collection holds a total of 13 shades:

I was sent three shades, Claret, which is a mauvey pink; Supernova, a fire engine red; and Bold Honey, which is a gorgeous nude. One swipe leaves a highly pigment trail of colour, resting easily and lightly on the lips. There is some shine to it, and the texture is so wonderfully creamy, and yet doesn't feel like it would slide off the lips. 

The hydration from this is magnificent, and my lips don't feel dry, despite how wonderfully pigmented these are! It has decent staying power, surviving two drinks and a few chocolates over the span of 6 hours on one particular day.

These are worth every cent, and Claret is heavily in rotation currently, because it's such a gorgeous spring colour!
