Current Favourites: Pink Lippies

I don't wear pink on the lips as much as I used to, sticking more to nudes and reds now, but the pinks still have a special place in my handbag! They are for when I'm not trying to go understated, nor when I'm breaking out the usual reds.

1) Jeffree Star in Doll Parts - This can be a little drying, but damn if it doesn't look amazing on! It stays on the lips and is doesn't rub off easily. A great matte shade for when I want a muted pink shade and a very trouty pout, because it totally gives me that! 

2) NYX Butter Lipstick in Sweet Tart - This little baby glides right on! This is also quite pigmented, and I find this really wearable on me. I haven't found the lighter shades in the range to be quite as amazing, I will say.

3) Lancome L'Absolu Rouge in 246 - A relatively light, and easy breezy pink. This has a great magnetic case and it's a very romantic, date night type of pink.

4) Maybelline Color Drama in Love My Pink - This is a great all rounder, because you can line your lips with it, and use it to colour in between the lines too. Winning!

5) Hard Candy All Glossed Up Hydrating Lip Stain in Mauvelous - As far as drugstore shades go, this one is gorgeous! It comes in a crayon, and the colour is very pretty, There is a bit of gloss to it, and it's really easy to both line and colour. I can even use this without a mirror! 

This makes me feel like I should reach for my pinks more often. Would you reach for pink over red?
