Brand Focus: Mysaa
This post has been a long time coming, and I can't help but think that I've actually been gatekeeping the brand, and for that, I'm very sorry. I would make an excuse about this, but truly, I've simply been using it as part of my normal skincare for a few months now that I forgot I should have written something about ti sooner, and I apologise, but there's no time like the present, am I right? With that in mind, let's talk about Mysaa!
Mysaa (pronounced as Mee-Sah) is a brand of certified organic beauty products - skincare that utilises natural ingredients, while striving to stay sustainable and efficient, so that you can have skin that feels nourished and loved with a reduced environmental footprint. I was sent a variety of products, so that I could sample a few things from across their luxe collection, which I've been using steadily, and it has been such a great introduction to the brand!
Let's start with Twilight Whispers! This divine facial mist (labelled as serene blend) has been formulated to manage the early signs of ageing. It's designed to come out as a heavenly mist that has a beautiful, floral scent, and this is meant to help hydrate the skin, soothe inflammation, aid skin healing and improve the skin tone. It's also meant to calm the skin, while promoting collagen production, reducing the appearance of fine lines, and enhance the radiance of the skin. This contains a mix of marigold, vetiver and grapefruit, which is a lovely blend. My favourite way to use this is as a calm down at the end of the day - it's light, gorgeous and soothing.
My other obsession from the brand has to be their Rośe Plum! This is a collagen boosting, nourishing lip mask that has been infused with rose and Malabar plum. This utilises Malabar plum, which is full of Vitamin C, enhance collagen and protect the lips, while jackfruit helps with moisturising the lips, while protecting it against environmental aggressors. There's also shea butter, mango butter and essentials to nourish the lips, and this all comes packed into a small screw top jar, which smells like a rose bouquet every time I unscrew it. My lips are absolutely loving it, and as the weather gets colder, and air starts to feel dry, this has been a fabulous product to keep my lips feeling soft and supple. It is proof that good things certainly do come in small packages!
I love that they have their skincare divided in three separate collections - luxe, teen and junior, narrowing the search down into who you'd be buying the products for, and what likely skincare concerns they might have. I also love that these products aren't, for the most part, hideously expensive either, with a wide range, going from as low as $29 to $175 for their Radiance Elixir 2, which I am dying to try! The Rośe Plum retails for $35, while Twilight Whispers sits at $59. For more information on the brand, you can head to their website over here. What would you try first from Mysaa?
