Christmas Guide For The Furry Ones

Oh my God, everyone, can you taste Christmas in the air yet? We're talking (for the non-vegans) a good old fashioned pork roast with spectacular crackling, crisped to perfection, accompanied by juicy, soft tipped asparagus, and a warmed Christmas pudding swimming in custard. Hungry? I am too, as I write this! My cat, Biscuit, is a big fan of the holiday season - he always hangs around in the hopes that someone might drop something tasty, or that we'd have our backs turned so that he could stick his head into the melted butter I use for baking. As such, I definitely feel like our furry friends should be included in the holiday season, because why should we have all the fun?

Speaking of fun, now that lots of us are back in the office, it means that we still need to make sure that our little ones are getting lots of exercise when we get back home from the rat race. This is important for things like bonding, reducing boredom so that they don't channel all the excess energy into terrible, destructive behaviours, and generally just lifting their spirits, because who doesn't love being happy?

That means that we have to make sure that we keep them entertained, and Petsafe has just the answer for that! Say hello to the Petsafe Automatic Ball Launcher! If you're exhausted when you get back (and who isn't, honestly - are we built for 12 hour days at the office?), but still want your little buddy to have a good evening, or if you're taking a break from working  while still stuck in your home office and you want your doggo to run off some of that steam, then this could be an ideal solution!

It's not often that you don't need to run around as much as your pup when it comes to active play, but this is one of those times! You can set the angle so that you can get one that works well for your dog, and on top of that, you can also train your little one (or big one!) to load it themselves! This also has motion safety sensors to prevent anyone (pets and people) from getting injured, as well as a rest mode, so that your fur baby doesn't end up pverdoing it. It also holds up to three tennis balls, and has 9 distance settings to accommodate the limited space that you might have. It's a pretty clever device, and helpful for those busy days.

After all that exercising, though, you'd like to make sure that they are getting well hydrated to replenish all the fluids they've lost. What is more tempting to drink out of than a bubbler, and one with a butterfly on it, no less? This adorable Petsafe Drinkwell Butterfly Water Fountain is most appropriate for the small furry babes, such cats, and smaller sized doggos. We're talking 4 falling streams, thanks to the design of the butterfly, and a carbon and a foam filter to keep the water tasting fresh at all times. Great, and now, I'm thirsty, on top of being hungry, thanks to the start of this post! Don't forget your little ones this festive season, and give something to be happy about under the tree come Christmas day! What have you bought for your pet?
