Christmas Gift Guide For The Luxe Seekers

For some, Christmas is the time of year to spoil your favourite person, and I totally get that. My love language is gift giving, so that absolutely makes sense to me! I have been through periods of mad buying in the months leading up to Christmas, and while I remain a shopaholic at heart, I feel like I have dialled it back quite a bit, but I definitely still can't resist a good bargain, and pretty things. What can I say - you can take a shopaholic out of the mall , but you can't take the mall out of my heart!

As someone who is obsessed with Glasshouse, Christmas is absolutely the time of year when they deliver THE goods. Limited edition scents served up in rich, beautiful seasonal packaging... I cannot think of one person who wouldn't be excited to see Glasshouse under the tree, that's for sure! Their Christmas Collection comes in a rich ruby red this year, and they have a whole selection of candles, including a number from their core collection.

For your Secret Santa, you could always give them a sweet Christmas bon bon containing perfume and body lotion, available in Sea Salt & Saffron and Saffron & Rose. Calorie free while still being ridiculously sweet, the luxe packaging will have them ooh and ahhing as they shake it to try and figure out what's inside. For the babe who can't make up their mind, let them take their time with the Candle Trio - a mix of Sydney Sundays, Forever Florence and One Night In Rio, this kit will be a scent-sation! Still on the hunt for a stocking stuffer? How about a Night Before Christmas Candle Gift Card, where the packaging doubles as a card? The velvety packaging will get the recipient excited even before they know what's inside!

If flames aren't your thing due to a variety of different reasons (ie babies, pets, pyrophobia), and you'd like something that would function both as a pretty ornament while also allowing your space to smell welconing, then you need to acquaint yourself with Lisa Hoffman. She specialises in wearable scents, and by that, I mean literally wearing scents as part of your daily accessories. As part of her range, she also has an aromatherapy vessel, which is a gorgeous ceramic pot with little holes to allow the scent to permeate through from the little fragrance beads that it holds. There are currently four home scents available, and Relax, which has notes of lavender, freesia and rose petals, is the pick of the lot for me. This charming set can be found at TVSN.

What about the man who has everything? And I mean, literally everything - does anyone else struggle to buy presents for guys who can get it all themselves? Well, this year, I can kick some butt with this amazing tool - the Waterpik Ultra Plus Water Flosser! Side note - earlier this year, my dad bought himself a little hose that he could attach to his tap, with a flosser head, and he thought that was so cool. Wait until he sees this! This is designed to efficiently clean around the gums, and between the teeth, at 10 pressure settings. I love mine, it does such a good job!

With Christmas now only less than 2 weeks away, make sure you're prepped and ready to go - I know I'm not! What's left on your list?
