Review: Ry.com.au - My Shopping Experience *

As a beautyholic and a 'window shopper' (ie constantly shopping on the internet through Windows), I'm always on the look out for sites that I can get bargains through, so you can understand my excitement when I was contacted by a Ry.com.au team member, and offered $50 to spend on the site!

Recreate Yourself, also known as Ry.com.au, stocks a wide range of products, from appliances to make up and candles. I found the site fairly easy to navigate - honestly, the hardest part was deciding what to get! 

I eventually decided that this gave me the chance to purchase something that I was keen on, but never splashed out on! 

I ended up getting this Babyliss Pro Titanium Deep Waver, given that I had nothing like this in my repertoire of hair appliances,

I also got a Beautypro small shading brush and an Ecotools full eye shadow brush. I've been looking at trying out some brushes to clean up my cuticles post painting.

I also got these two samples with the order! I do like nail files, because I use them regularly these days, so a little one is handy.

I would like to send a kudos out to the Ry.com.au customer service team. I ordered on the 26th of May and was promptly notified that a product was out of stock on the 27th and given the option of either waiting for it to come back to stock, or to replace it with something else. 

I chose to wait for what I originally wanted, and it only took a total of about 6 days, from the order, which was done late on the 26th, to get to me on the 1st of June, delays and all, from Queensland. I thought that they were very prompt with any issues, and that they were really quite speedy. 

More importantly, I thought the speed at which they contacted me to let me know about the status of the order was incredibly impressive!

All in all, it was a very positive shopping experience, and I would buy from them again!
