Weekend Fun!

Hello, my lovelies! Did everyone have a good weekend? Despite the varying weather, I had a fantastic weekend! My husband (still weird to say that out loud!) made a 4 course lunch from scratch for 7 of my wonderful friends, and moi, of course, and as a challenge, it was all vegan! 


We started off with some arancini balls on rocket with a sprinkle of cajun seasoning.


Followed by mushrooms and broccolini mixed through angel hair pasta.


Rounded off by roast vegetables with a stalk of asparagus on a side of humus. This also had roast pumpkin seed scattered throughout it.


And we finished on white nectarine granita with sliced mango on the top! We were pretty stuffed by then - Mr Prince did an amazing job - I should know, I'm a pretty dedicated meat eater, and I was impressed!

On Sunday, I went out for yum cha with Miss GS and Mrs AM, my favourite University mates, and this is what I wore out:




I had my Betsey Johnson quilted bag over my shoulder and my Her Fashion Box necklace on. The dress came from Guess, and it was empire line so that I could eat and hide my food baby! Haha...

    The days all run together in the holidays....all days are weekends! haha. But I went to a friends hens on saturday which was great fun!

    No fancy food for me over the weekend, your vegan dishes all look delicious. The kids all had a sleepover at my parents on the weekend, so we went water skiing with some mates. We did get a very late pizza for tea afterwards, does that count? :) love the pattern on the bottom part of the dress! x
