Review: Nude by Nature Renewal Daily Facial Oil

I sometimes think that a face oil can be an extremely polarizing product. There are people who would either swear by them and apply it regularly, throughout the hot Summer months and even during the day, while there are others who would be less excited about the prospect of slathering their skin in oil, as they feel like it might make their oily skin even more so. As someone with normal to dry skin, particularly when it's cold, I'm definitely in the more enthusiastic about using facial oils camp!

Having tried one from Nude by Nature previously that I enjoyed (which you can find over here), I wanted to see if this might potentially be a better fit for my skin. This aims to hydrate, protect and restore your skin, so that it can stay soft and supple. Suitable for all skin types, this is also supposed to help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while tackling dullness, pollution and environmental stressors, leaving you with skin that is revitalised, nourished and rejuvenated.

This utilises something called Ocean Defence®, designed to fight free radicals and environmental aggressors, and this is meant to help in protecting and repairing the skin. Grape seed oil works as an anti-inflammatory, as well as being rich in antioxidants, while meadowfoam seed oil and shea butter esters help in keeping the skin soft and moisturised. There's also something called MagNUT Sense Oil, which is good for protecting the skin, while also having anti-ageing properties and being packed with antioxidants.

Additionally, this contains over 40 pure plant-derived actives and peptides to ensure that the skin stays healthy. Much like the other facial oil in the range, this comes in a frosted bottle with a dropper applicator. The light golden oil has an almost truffle-like scent to it, which I appreciate. I quite like that this is light on the skin, which means that it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy and oily, nor does it sit on the skin for long.

Instead, my skin does seem to be much happier, smoother and much more moisturised. I also feel like my skin feels a little bouncier than it did, and for $39.95, this truly is an oil worth using! You can pick it up from a number of different places, including online at the Nude by Nature website, and Priceline. As someone who's about halfway through the bottle, I honestly feel like this is a great addition to my skincare rotation. What was the last thing you bought from Nude by Nature?
