Review: Sally Hansen Color Therapy Nail Polish

I've loved Sally Hansen nail polishes for the longest time (Xtreme Wear, I'm looking at you), and their Miracle Gel top coat was one of my favourites for ages and ages, so imagine my delight when this little set of goodies ended up in my stash!

They work along the same principle as the Miracle Gel ones do in that they are to be applied directly onto the nail (I know, I know, I couldn't deal with that initially either - took me ages to get used to not using a base coat when I first started using Miracle Gel!). This is because the amazing thing about this nail polish is that they contain argan oil, which would provide intense nourishment and moisture to the nails. Not only that, it also has acai and evening primrose oil to help condition weak and dry nails.

I love when something is both gorgeous and functional at the same time - having it condition the nails while flaunting some colour on the digits is my idea of amazing! I have test driven about 7 different colours out of the 14 that are currently available, and they have lasted (chip free) between 3 to 5 days, pretty hardy for someone who is constantly using her hands! I also love that the brushes are wide, and that they deposit sufficient product on the nails without leaving streaks.

These retail for $16.95 each, including the cuticle oil and top coat, and can be found at a number of different places that stock Sally Hansen, including Priceline.

Have you tried this out yet? If not, why not (because I love it!)?
